HUMALIGHT
Purchase & refund policy
Your books
Each purchase includes a PDF and an EPUB. Gumroad purchases include download links delivered by email. Direct purchases are available in your Humalight library: sign in with the email entered at checkout to read online or download both formats. You can read a free opening sample before choosing a book.
Help with a purchase
If you have trouble downloading, opening or accessing your book, receive a defective file or make a duplicate purchase, email [email protected] and we’ll help you sort it out.
Refunds
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after download, except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit your mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for defective digital content.
The applicable checkout provider’s terms and mandatory legal exceptions also apply. Gumroad handles purchases made through its store. For direct purchases sold through Link, Link is the merchant of record and provides transaction support, including refund requests under its terms. Humalight helps with your files and reading access.
